Since joining OB as a consultant 6 years ago I’ve been fortunate enough to play a part in the consistent and ongoing growth of the business. Many things have changed in this time but one thing that most definitely hasn’t is the positive & ambitious attitude of the company, it’s owners, and the way in which the business is managed; something which drew me in initially and an approach I have since consciously tried to adopt as my own management style. Now an Associate Director, billing manager, and most recently a dad(!), my OB journey has certainly been a good one so far!
