Screening & Shortlisting Process
We continue to adapt internal processes that support diverse recruiting like monitoring diversity across applications, shortlisting a range of diverse candidates and sending blind CVs.
Training & Education
We stay educated on diversity & inclusion topics and provide ongoing training to our staff and clients. Topics range from unconscious bias training to diversity hiring best practice, using inclusive language plus more.
We continually nurture diverse talent on our database; this enables a wide and diverse out-reach when advertising. This also allows us to provide diversity data and insights to our clients to support diverse hiring.
We host 15 meetups enabling us to be at the forefront of the tech community. Diversity in London and CodeHers in London focusing on providing value to these communities.

Diversity and inclusion is at the core of our company values. D&I Manager, Naushine Mohammad, runs two of our core community events that have provided a platform that’s gives a dedicated space for underrepresented groups in technology to learn, share and grow.
