Whilst our number one priority is always to provide the best candidates for the job, we work hard to ensure our active network represents all types of diversity and allows us to organically present diverse shortlists.

We also firmly believe that diversity in tech can only truly be solved by increasing the number of people in the industry who are currently considered a minority – this is of course a long-term goal that starts at entry level and our Future CodeHers initiative is an example of how we’re actively trying to influence this. The network of our exec search practice has proved invaluable in sourcing volunteers and supporting with events.

Oliver Bernard has always had a strong community focus, starting with the launch of Agile London over a decade ago, still proudly the largest of its kind in London — since then we’ve grown our events across multiple tech specific groups.

For our leadership and exec communities we regularly host exclusive events and roundtables focussed on specific industries, trends or topics — our commitment to connecting industry peers in a casual setting outside of work has proved invaluable to our network in discussing, advising and overcoming complex problems.
