- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. - Provide technical guidance and expertise, ensuring the team follows best practices in software development and architecture. - Drive the design and architecture of the Adtech platform, making strategic decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. - Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and mentor team members in best coding practices. - Implement and enforce coding standards and ensure the team adheres to established processes. - Collaborate with product managers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
