We have partnered with a leading British household name who are looking for a Head of Engineering to join them. I am looking to speak to an experienced leader who has a very strong background in both people management and hands of development.
This Head of Engineering will be responsible for managing the overall technical delivery, the people within and contributing actively to the product. You will lead on product alignment, ways of working, architecture and design. They are also looking for someone who is an advocate for modern development practices and agile/lean ways of working. Tech Stack: Java, SpringBoot, AWS
You will have:
- From a solid engineering background, ideally Java and/or Kotlin - Strong atitude for and love of coaching and mentoring other - Exceptional experience in architectural design - Previous experience of managing Engineering Managers - Previous worked with payments
