🎤 Tobias Leyland 💬 “Refactoring to Sell: Migrating a 20+ Year Old Perl Microservice to a Ruby Monolith” A 20+ year-old Perl codebase nobody wanted to touch, with a shareholder exit on the line. Tobias shares the migration to Ruby, how ChatGPT-era tools changed the approach, what went spectacularly wrong, and how it ultimately helped unlock a successful M&A exit.
