The conversation in this roundtable will be centred around Agile and the Makers Manifesto - Core Principles for how to make great products in an Agile world.
The main facilitators of the event will be Faith Forster and Dave Wascha. This will be an intimate event primarily with CTO/VP Engineers in the room.
What we can expect to discuss: Introducing AI into how we build products has created a need for many to revisit assumptions and lessons learnt from the last decade+. The playbook was torn up, we needed a new one. And so a global group of 45 cross-disciplinary experts and operators came together to create a new version of the Agile manifesto for an AI world, the Makers Manifesto, and provide the foundations for understanding how to make great products in the AI age within your business.
This discussion will focus on three parts: 1. Understanding the values & principles 2. What does this mean for how you work in your organisation? How would you apply it? 3. From a tech team perspective, what’s missing in the manifesto? Given the opportunity, how would you build on this?
